Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance customer appeal
- Support inventory management including stock receiving, replenishment, and organization
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on collections and promotions
- Contribute to achieving daily sales goals through upselling and relationship building
