Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using our POS system.
- Organize and merchandise products to ensure the store looks appealing and organized.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Support the store manager with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems is a plus.
