Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Manage inventory, including receiving stock, organizing displays, and conducting audits
- Collaborate with team to maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Support loss prevention efforts and adhere to all safety protocols
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product expertise
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail with visual merchandising and inventory management
- Positive attitude and collaborative team player mindset
