Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect products to fit their style and needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain visual merchandising standards and achieve daily sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and a keen eye for detail.
