Key Responsibilities:
You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. Your day will involve greeting shoppers, managing the sales floor, and driving sales through your enthusiasm and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently and handle returns.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, prices, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
