- Manage inventory through stocking, zoning, and visual merchandising
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and compliance
- Train new associates on store procedures and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic technology
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
