Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and digital payments
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling displays
- Manage inventory processes including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization according to brand standards
- Participate in training programs to enhance product expertise and selling techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Visual merchandising experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid work authorization in the United States
