Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company visual merchandising standards.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art POS systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and the processing of incoming merchandise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and support store operations during peak hours.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate complex matters to the store manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and move merchandise around the store.
- Attitude: A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
