As a Retail Associate, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean and appealing store layout.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with precision.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
