Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Welcome every shopper with a warm smile and offer assistance immediately upon entry.
- Sales & Transactions: Process sales accurately at the register, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns efficiently.
- Merchandising: Organize store displays, restock shelves, and ensure products are presented attractively and according to company standards.
- Customer Support: Answer questions about products, provide recommendations, and resolve any customer complaints with a professional attitude.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts and maintaining inventory accuracy to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
