Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly upon entry, answer questions about products, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure a positive shopping journey.
- Operations: Efficiently operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment; assist in restocking shelves and folding merchandise to meet brand standards.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and receiving shipments to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store goals are met during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new systems quickly and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
