Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Sales & Transactions: Process sales quickly and accurately at the register, handle cash, credit cards, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, restock shelves, and ensure products are displayed attractively and priced correctly.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting drawers and securing the store.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for this immediate hire role.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
