Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, answering all inquiries promptly.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure the visual standards of the store are maintained at all times.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and comfort with cash handling.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
