Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Proficient with technology and point-of-sale systems.
