Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, including greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments
- Merchandise products, maintain store displays, and ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and adhere to all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Support visual merchandising efforts to create an engaging shopping environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customer groups
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn company procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
