Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure cash drawers are balanced at the end of shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
