Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by greeting customers and offering personalized assistance to meet their shopping needs.
- Point of Sale Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems while ensuring all sales policies are followed.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store standards by organizing shelves, restocking merchandise, and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-merchandised.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean, tidy, and safe for all customers and employees.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock receiving, and inventory control procedures to ensure product availability.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a positive attitude and a focus on customer retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes (up to 25 lbs), and perform moderate physical activity.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
