- Merchandise and stock shelves according to visual standards and company guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through loyalty programs and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale technology.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
