Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and size assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain impeccable store presentation
- Proactively restock inventory and maintain organized sales floor throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Support store opening/closing procedures including cash handling and safety checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with diverse clientele
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic technology
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license preferred for potential inventory runs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
