Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Execute visual merchandising standards, including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Support store operations through loss prevention, safety compliance, and cleanliness maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
