Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and problem-solving
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and digital transactions
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to company standards
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and participate in stock replenishment processes
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance during all operational hours
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Support loss prevention protocols and maintain secure cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
