Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/returns
- Merchandise products, maintain store displays, and ensure cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate within safety protocols and security procedures
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Support store operations during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evenings (4 PM-10 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to downtown Cleveland location
