Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and efficient checkout processes
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visually appealing store displays during evening hours
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with store closing procedures including securing merchandise and preparing for next day
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges
- Monitor store security and implement loss prevention protocols during evening shifts
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special evening events as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced evening environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to downtown Milwaukee location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
