Responsibilities
- Delight customers with exceptional service and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and organization
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Flexible availability Monday-Saturday evenings (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and comfort handling transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods
