Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with product selection and equipment demonstrations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Merchandise store displays and organize inventory to ensure a clean, appealing shopping environment.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of specialized equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
