Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, guiding them through our extensive inventory of equipment.
- Explain the rental process, safety protocols, and equipment operation to ensure customer confidence and safety.
- Process sales transactions and rentals accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the rental showroom and yard areas.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment and ensure all safety gear provided by the company is utilized correctly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell relevant accessories and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) to assist with inventory.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
