Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences using provided digital tools
- Operate company-issued POS systems and inventory management software
- Utilize provided smart fitting room technology for size recommendations
- Process transactions using company-provided tablets and payment devices
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with provided display tools
- Collaborate with team using company-issued communication devices
- Process returns/exchanges using provided barcode scanners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Comfortable with technology – we provide all equipment!
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math proficiency for transactions
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment transport if needed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
