Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with product selections.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Assist with the checkout and check-in process for rental equipment.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure equipment is displayed properly.
- Keep inventory levels organized and report stock shortages.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift boxes and move equipment as needed.
