Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service using company-provided POS systems and communication devices
- Operate provided inventory scanners and merchandising tools to maintain store presentation
- Process transactions using provided tablets and cash registers
- Use company-provided cleaning equipment to maintain store cleanliness
- Utilize provided safety gear when handling merchandise and displays
- Participate in team activities using provided task management tools
- Assist with inventory counts using provided scanners and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous retail experience a plus but not required
- Ability to work with company-provided technology and equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided support equipment
- Reliable transportation to store location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
