- Operate retail equipment including fitting room monitors and inventory scanners
- Process transactions with company-issued payment devices
- Maintain store appearance using provided cleaning equipment and fixtures
- Utilize company-provided mannequins and display tools for visual merchandising
- Collaborate using shared communication devices and scheduling tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn company systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided anti-fatigue mats
- Strong communication skills with customer service focus
- Reliable transportation to Chula Vista location
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays using provided scheduling tools
