Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately
- Utilize provided tablets to demonstrate product features to customers
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions
- Process returns/exchanges using company equipment and protocols
- Participate in inventory counts using handheld scanners
- Train new associates on equipment usage and store procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Basic proficiency with touchscreen devices and POS systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to store location
