Responsibilities
- Operate provided tablets/scanners to process transactions and manage inventory
- Utilize interactive display equipment to demonstrate products and engage customers
- Maintain store appearance using provided cleaning and merchandising tools
- Process returns/exchanges using our point-of-sale system
- Assist in visual merchandising with provided display fixtures and signage
- Train on new equipment during technology updates
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable learning to use provided tech equipment (tablets, scanners)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn new technologies
