Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and product recommendations
- Operate company-provided POS systems and tablets for sales transactions
- Process inventory using provided handheld scanners
- Merchandise displays using provided tools and fixtures
- Assist with visual styling using company-provided mannequins
- Maintain store appearance with provided cleaning equipment
- Train on new equipment during company-provided onboarding
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided tablets and POS systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to Plano location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Positive attitude with team-oriented mindset
