Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service while operating POS systems and handling transactions
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain visually appealing displays using provided equipment
- Operate store technology including barcode scanners, tablets, and inventory management tools
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to safety protocols using provided protective equipment when handling merchandise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to use provided technology (no personal tech required)
- Reliable transportation to Toledo location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- No prior retail experience necessary – we train you!
- Must be 18+ to operate provided equipment
