Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service while utilizing provided equipment (POS systems, handheld scanners, etc.)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using company-provided technology
- Operate store equipment including fitting room management systems and inventory scanners
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with provided display tools and fixtures
- Collaborate with team members using shared communication devices
- Assist in inventory management using provided counting tools and software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency with retail technology (training provided)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided anti-fatigue mats
- Reliable transportation to Memphis location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
