Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions and manage inventory
- Create visually appealing displays using provided merchandising equipment and fixtures
- Process shipments and organize stockroom with provided tools and systems
- Participate in seasonal visual transformations using provided display materials
- Utilize provided tablets and CRM tools to track customer preferences and sales
- Collaborate with team members using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Valid state ID for equipment checkout
