Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale systems with provided tablets and scanners
- Utilize company-provided tablets for inventory management
- Assist customers using provided handheld devices for product lookup
- Use provided cleaning equipment to maintain store presentation
- Operate provided tools for merchandising and display setup
- Process returns using provided equipment and systems
- Assist with receiving shipments using provided carts and tools
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to use provided tablets and POS systems
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Strong communication skills with diverse customers
- Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts using provided footwear
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- No retail experience required (training provided)
- Valid North Carolina ID for equipment checkout
