Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided tablets, scanners, and POS systems
- Process transactions and manage inventory with company-provided mobile devices
- Operate provided retail equipment (mannequins, fitting rooms, displays) to maintain visual standards
- Utilize provided cleaning tools and supplies to maintain store appearance
- Collaborate using provided communication devices for team coordination
- Process returns/exchanges using provided barcode scanners and software
- Assist with visual merchandising using provided display equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with provided retail technology (training offered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate provided equipment safely and efficiently
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
