Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided POS systems and inventory scanners for accurate transactions
- Utilize provided tablets to check stock levels and process customer orders
- Set up and maintain visually engaging displays using provided merchandising tools
- Assist customers with product selections and demonstrate equipment usage
- Collaborate with team members using provided communication devices
- Ensure store cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Process returns and exchanges using provided systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail experience preferred; training provided for equipment
- Proficient in using technology (tablets, scanners, POS systems)
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to Toledo location
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
