Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided POS systems and tablets
- Operate retail equipment including inventory scanners and security systems
- Process transactions using company-issued devices and maintain accurate records
- Utilize provided communication tools for team coordination and customer assistance
- Operate store equipment including cleaning devices and display fixtures
- Assist with inventory management using provided scanning technology
- Maintain store appearance using provided cleaning and maintenance tools
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required with proper training
- Ability to operate provided retail technology (POS, tablets, scanners)
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Physical ability to operate store equipment and handle merchandise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to Memphis locations
