- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided sales technology and product demonstration tools
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage inventory via company-provided tablets
- Drive sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards using supplied equipment and tools
- Process transactions accurately using provided POS systems and security protocols
- Participate in training sessions to master new equipment and product lines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals using shared resources
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using technology (tablets, POS systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided support equipment
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment transport if needed)
