Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided POS systems and inventory scanners to process transactions
- Utilize provided tablet devices for real-time inventory management
- Assist customers with product knowledge using provided digital catalogs
- Merchandise displays using company-provided tools and fixtures
- Collaborate using provided communication devices to ensure seamless store operations
- Maintain store cleanliness with supplied equipment and supplies
- Process returns using provided authorization terminals
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Basic proficiency with provided electronic devices (tablets, scanners)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to Cascade Avenue location
- Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided support equipment
