Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while utilizing provided company equipment (POS systems, tablets, and scanners)
- Operate store equipment including inventory management tools and security devices
- Process transactions accurately using company-issued payment terminals
- Maintain store appearance using provided cleaning and maintenance equipment
- Utilize provided communication devices for team coordination
- Operate provided stockroom equipment for inventory organization
- Utilize provided safety equipment for operational compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate retail equipment (POS, scanners, tablets)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to use provided company equipment (uniforms, tools)
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided ergonomic equipment
- Reliable transportation to Phoenix location
