Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, providing assistance and product recommendations to ensure a seamless shopping journey.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system with high accuracy to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and executing visual merchandising standards.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability, sizing, and features.
- Cash handling and reconciliation, ensuring all transactions adhere to company policies and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation and a professional attitude are essential.
