Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing product recommendations to drive sales.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising: Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a seamless store experience.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company's brand image and values in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
