What You Will Do:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, helping them find products and answer questions.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, stocking merchandise, and ensuring displays are appealing.
- Inventory Control: Assist in inventory counts, receiving shipments, and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Operational Support: Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment for both customers and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods during shifts.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
