Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided equipment (POS systems, tablets, and name tags)
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for transactions and returns
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays using provided tools
- Process shipments and manage inventory with company-provided scanners
- Assist in store operations including cleaning and organization tasks
- Participate in team training sessions to maximize equipment utilization
- Uphold brand standards with provided uniform and accessories
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided technology (POS, tablets, scanners)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to Charlotte location
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
