Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, window displays, and inventory management
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and building client relationships
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in quarterly inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Actively participate in product training sessions to stay current on brand offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Strong attention to detail in cash handling and inventory management
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- Passion for fashion/luxury products and current trends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
