Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and needs-based recommendations
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling security protocols
- Execute inventory management procedures including receiving, stock counts, and replenishment
- Contribute to store operations by maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and organized backroom areas
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience with proven sales track record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
