Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and problem-solving
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and digital transactions

- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting

- Assist with loss prevention measures and maintain security protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred

- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
